This can be made possible by directing our Senses and Consciousness from external world to internal source of our existence and this process is called Meditation… In order to make this process effective, we need to have a place where the environment is programmed in such a way that the Beings start getting attracted towards their Inner Being or the Source of Origin or the God and such place is called as the Meditation Hall or Temple or Holy Place….
